Mock Lemon Pie (Rhubarb) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. water
3 eggs, separated
1 Tbsp. lemon extract
pinch of salt
Preparation

Cut up and measure rhubarb.
Add 1 cup of water and boil until rhubarb can be well blended by whipping.
Make pie shell and put in oven.
