Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar and salt.
    Cut in shortening.
    Combine water, vinegar and beaten egg.
    Mix and chill 15 minutes.
    Roll in pie pan.
