Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    4 c. peeled, chopped cooking apples
Preparation
    Cream eggs, oil and sugar.
    Sift together and fold in flour, salt and soda.
    Add vanilla.
    Blend and add pecans and apples. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes in a 9 x 2 x 13-inch pan.
    Leave in pan.
