Honey Orange Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1/3 c. honey
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. orange juice
2 (1 lb. each) cans whole drained yams
Preparation

In a 10-inch skillet, heat the margarine, honey, orange rind, orange juice and salt.
Boil gently for 10 minutes.
Add yams. Continue boiling gently, turning yams once midway until most of the syrup is absorbed and the yams are hot, about 10 minutes.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
