Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) pie shells, cooked and cooled
    3 pt. fresh strawberries
    2 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (3 oz.) box strawberry jello
    2 c. boiling water
    few drops red food coloring
    1 large Cool Whip
Preparation
    Fill baked and cooled pie shells with fresh strawberries.
    (If strawberries are very large, they may be sliced.)
    Cook sugar, cornstarch, jello, water and food coloring until thick.
    Cool and pour over strawberries.
    When set, top with Cool Whip.
    Delicious!
