Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. milk
vanilla
5 heaping Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
Pour enough milk into dry ingredients to set.
Stir, making a paste.
Once all ingredients have been mixed well, then add remaining milk.
Put over low heat and cook, stirring constantly.
Separate eggs.
Beat egg yolks well, then add a small amount of hot mixture to the egg yolks. Mix well.
Add egg mixture to rest of pie ingredients and continue to cook over low heat until pie mixture is thickened to your liking.
Add vanilla at the end.
Pour into baked and cooled pie shell.
Use egg whites to make meringue for top of pie.
Brown in oven.
