Curried Haddock Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 onion, chopped
    2 slices bacon, finely chopped
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. curry powder
    2 c. chicken stock
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. haddock, cubed
    12 oz. can sweet corn
    2 medium potatoes, diced
    salt and pepper
    chopped chives (to garnish)
Preparation
    Heat oil and cook onion and bacon for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add green pepper and curry and cook a further minute.
    Pour over stock and milk, then add fish, corn and potatoes.
    Season.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
