Swiss-Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust, uncooked
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of nutmeg
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
Preparation
    Toss cheese with flour.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes 8 servings.
