Bermuda Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening (low-fat)
1 c. sugar (Turbinado, raw)
4 egg whites (2 yolks)
3 plus bananas (ripe), crushed
2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. soda, dissolved in water
1 c. nut meats (as desired)
1/2 c. raisins (as desired)
Preparation

Mix ingredients in order given and bake in a preheated moderate oven (250\u00b0) for forty plus minutes.
Use a nonstick pan.
