Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Karo corn syrup
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. dark brown sugar
    12 medium sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and halved lengthwise
Preparation
    Bring syrup, sugar and margarine to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 5 minutes.
    Pour half into large shallow baking dish. Add potatoes. Top with remaining syrup. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake in a 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 oven, basting often for about 20 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 12 servings.
