Chicken Fricassee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut into serving pieces
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Place chicken pieces in a casserole dish; salt and pepper.
    In pan or microwave dish, melt butter and add flour and paprika.
    Mix well, then brush over chicken.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Mix soup and milk and pour around and over chicken; bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
    Serves 6.
