Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 large onion, minced
1 c. cracker crumbs
3/4 c. tomato sauce
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken, mushroom or celery soup
1/2 soup can water
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Mix the first 7 ingredients and form into balls.
Arrange in baking dish in single layer.
Brown in oven 15 minutes at 370\u00b0. Mix the soup with the water and flour.
Pour soup mixture over meatballs.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes longer.
I turn meatballs once. Serve over hot rice.
