Stuffing Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. onion, dry minced
1/4 c. celery leaves, dry
1/4 c. parsley, dry
1/4 c. chicken bouillon or 16 cubes, crushed
3 Tbsp. onion salt
3 Tbsp. sage
2 tsp. turmeric
Preparation

Combine all of the above ingredients.
Store in covered container.
To prepare, combine 1/4 cup of the above mixture and 1 3/4 cups water.
Add 1/4 cup butter or oleo, melted.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat; cover and simmer 6 minutes.
Add 2 1/2 cups crumbled bread.
Stir to moisten.
Cover; remove from heat and let stand several minutes.
Fluff with a fork.
Serves 4 to 6.
