Quick And Easy Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cover an unbaked 9-inch crust with coconut.
    Mix sugar and flour.
    Add eggs and milk.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife comes out of pie clean.
    The coconut will rise to the top of the pie.
