Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    flour
    4 pork chops
    1/4 c. oil
    1 can mushroom soup
    water
    3/4 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Flour pork chops; brown in oil.
    Drain off all but 1 tablespoon fat; add soup, 1 soup can water and rice.
    Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Add water as needed.
