Cheese And Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. each:\tcarrots and celery
    1/2 c. onion
    4 c. water
    2 cans chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Put potatoes, carrots, celery and onion in water; cook. Add chicken
    broth.
    Thicken
    with
    cornstarch.
    Add
    Velveeta cheese and heat until cheese melts.
    Makes about 1/2 gallon.
