Championship Chocolate Chip Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
    1/2 c. packed lightly brown sugar
    1/2 c. cold butter
    2 c. semi sweets, divided
    1 can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
    1 egg beaten slightly
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    In a medium bowl, stir together flour and brown sugar; cut in cold butter until crumbly. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips; press mixture on bottom of 13x9x2 inch pan.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine condensed milk, egg and vanilla.
    Stir in remaining 1 & 1/2 cups chips and nuts.
    Spread evenly over baked crust. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
