Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. oleo, softened
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    8 c. popcorn, popped
    1/2 c. walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Heat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Spray (vegetable spray) 2 (13 x 9 x 2-inch) or 1 (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch) jelly roll pan.
    Heat brown sugar, oleo, corn syrup and salt in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until bubbling around the edges. Cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes longer.
    Remove from heat; stir in baking soda until foamy and light colored. Pour over popcorn and nuts in a greased, large bowl.
    Stir until mixture is coated.
