Sand Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine or butter
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream margarine and powdered sugar.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour in flour, then add pecans.
Shape dough in long fingers.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Roll in powdered sugar while hot.
