Olive Filled Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. flour
dash of cayenne
25 medium-size pitted ripe or stuffed green olives, well drained
Preparation

Beat together cream cheese and butter until well blended and creamy.
Stir in flour and cayenne.
Wrap a teaspoonful of dough around each olive, covering completely.
Place 1-inch apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Makes about 25 appetizers.
