Jaime'S Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. shortening
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 large eggs
    2 c. flour plus 1 Tbsp.
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. cinnamon and sugar
    1 pt. dry blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar very well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to batter alternately with milk.
    Add blueberries by hand.
    Grease top of muffin tin and use paper cup liners; fill full.
    Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until nicely brown.
