Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 lb. egg noodles, cooked
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can tomato soup
    1 soup can water
    1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
Preparation
    In large skillet, saute onion and green peppers.
    Add ground beef and cook until lightly browned.
    Add soups and water and heat.
    Blend with 1/2 cup cheese and cooked noodles in 3-quart casserole.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Or, just blend 1 cup cheese in with cooked noodles and put none on top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 30 minutes.
