Pork Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pork steaks
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
9 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Fry chops; brown.
Combine ingredients.
Pour over chops. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes, covered.
May need to add a little water.
