Head Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef or pork
    pepper (black)
    salt
    allspice
    cloves
Preparation
    Boil meat until it falls off of the bone.
    Chop or grind meat and add black pepper, salt, allspice and cloves according to your taste.
    Mix with broth in which meat was cooked and cook for 20 minutes.
    Pour into pan and cool.
