Lemon Pecan Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 lb. butter
    6 eggs
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. white raisins
    2 oz. bottle lemon extract
    1 lb. pecans
    1/2 lb. cherries
    1/2 lb. pineapple
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Add eggs, flour, baking powder and remaining ingredients.
    Use greased tube pan.
    Put pan of water under cake in oven.
    Bake 2 hours and 30 minutes in a 250\u00b0 to 275\u00b0 oven.
