Pie Crust With Vinegar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sifted flour
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine flour, shortening, sugar and salt.
    Mix with pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
    Beat remaining ingredients in separate bowl.
    Combine the two mixtures, stirring with a fork until all ingredients are moistened.
    Form into ball.
    Chill at least 15 minutes before rolling.
