Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt (1 tsp.)
16 oz. crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 c. white sugar
1 c. canned milk
1 stick margarine
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Combine flour, 2 cups sugar, soda, eggs, vanilla, salt and pineapple.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in 13 x 9-inch pan. Remove from oven and prepare icing by cooking together the 1 cup white sugar, canned milk and margarine for 10 minutes after boiling starts.
Remove from heat and add coconut and nuts.
Pour hot icing over warm cake.
