Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices dried bread, remove crust
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
    1 lb. fresh crab meat
Preparation
    Break bread into small pieces and moisten with small amount of milk.
    Add all of remaining ingredients.
    Shape into patties.
    Fry until golden brown on both sides.
    Makes 4 servings.
