Baked Jello Mochi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. apricot jello
    1 (16 oz.) box mochiko
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can Kern's apricot nectar
    1 (12 oz.) can water
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together until there are no lumps. Pour mixture into a well-greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Leave foil on for 10 minutes after removing from the oven.
    Do not cut into pieces for 24 hours.
