Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed on towel
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. cubed American cheese or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix well and put in greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
