Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine, melted
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; reserve some cheese to garnish top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered, then uncover and bake for 30 minutes more.
