Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red bell peppers
    12 green bell peppers
    2 c. sugar
    12 medium size onions
    2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Grind peppers and onions together.
    Pour boiling water over and let stand 5 minutes.
    Drain well, add sugar, salt and vinegar. Cook 30 to 40 minutes or until thick.
    Pack in hot jars and seal.
