Parsley Buttered Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/2-inch thick
    1 stick margarine or butter
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Spray bottom of 9 x 13 pan with vegetable spray. Slice margarine and place over potatoes. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Sprinkle parsley flakes over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are tender; stir gently once during baking.
