Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    2 large cans enchilada sauce
    1 pkg. large flour tortillas
    2 bunches green onions
    1 large can Ortega whole peppers
    2 large sour cream
    2 c. cheese, grated
    2 c. sliced olives
Preparation
    Boil chicken, skin and bone.
    Dip tortillas in sauce.
    Put chicken, Ortega peppers, sour cream, chopped green onions and cheese together.
    Last, roll into a burrito in rectangle pan, continue.
    Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas and top with strip of any leftover ingredients and cheese.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or until cheese melts.
