Egg And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices white bread (remove crusts)
1 tsp. mustard
1 1/4 c. milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lb. sausage (bulk)
Swiss cheese
3/4 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Make the night before and refrigerate.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Line with bread. Brown sausage and drain grease.
Mix with mustard and put over bread.
Lay slices of cheese over sausage.
Mix milk, half and half, eggs, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour over cheese layer.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
