Ruth Neidlinger'S Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut in pieces
    1 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    dash of salt
    1 to 2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Parboil chicken for 40 minutes; cool.
    Heat fryer to medium-high.
    Make batter by mixing rest of ingredients (this should be a thinner batter than pancake batter).
    Dip chicken into mixture, then fry for 5 to 7 minutes, until coating is cooked.
