Southern Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 7 pieces chicken
1/2 c. canned milk
1 egg, beaten
1 c. flour (more, if needed)
salt and pepper
Preparation

Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Dip pieces in milk and coat with flour.
Dip into egg and coat with flour again.
Brown in small amount of oil.
Place pieces in pan and cook in a 300\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until done.
