Buttery Walnut Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. coarse day-old bread crumbs
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. sliced celery
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 c. coarsely chopped onion
    2 tsp. thyme, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. giblet broth or 1 chicken bouillon cube, dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water
    1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Turn crumbs into large baking pan and toast lightly in oven at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes, stirring once or twice.
