Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    1/4 c. sugar and 1 Tbsp. cinnamon, mixed
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Chill overnight or 1 hour.
    Roll in teaspoon size balls.
    Roll balls in 1/4 cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon mixed together.
    Put on a cookie sheet and criss-cross with a fork, pressing cookie down before baking.
    Bake 350\u00b0 for 8-10 minutes.
