Diabetic Corn Pudding(Calories: 186) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. crushed corn
1 tsp. butter
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Beat the egg and mix with the corn, pepper and salt.
Pour the mixture into an individual baking dish.
Place the butter on top of the mixture.
Place the baking dish in a pan of water and bake in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes.
When an inserted silver knife comes out without the mixture adhering, remove from the oven.
