Fruit Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. oats
    3/4 c. nuts
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. oil or pineapple juice
Preparation
    Combine
    dry
    and wet ingredients separately.
    Pour wet over dry and
    mix
    well.
    Bake
    at
    350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool, then add dried pineapple or raisins.
