Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. pimento
    10 Ritz crackers
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Crush crackers and mix with rest of the ingredients.
    Pour into baking dish sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until lightly browned on top.
