Sherbet Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. sherbet (any flavor)
    3 qt. or 1 (12 oz.) bottle ginger ale or champagne
Preparation
    Chill bowl.
    Let sherbet sit at room temperature before serving.
    Put sherbet in bowl.
    Pour ginger ale or champagne at side of bowl.
    Makes 1 punch bowl.
