Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. water
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix butter, flour and water to make a white sauce.
    Pour over leftover Irish potatoes.
    Add large amount of grated cheese.
    Heat in oven until potatoes are warm and cheese is melted.
