Reuben Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
8 slices rye or pumpernickel bread
1/3 c. commercial Thousand Island dressing
1 (3 oz.) pkg. thinly sliced corned beef
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 1/4 c. sauerkraut, well drained
Preparation

Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Spread other side with Thousand Island dressing.
On 4 slices, arrange corned beef, cheese and sauerkraut evenly over Thousand Island dressing.
Top with remaining bread, placing buttered side out.
