Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. crumbled cornbread or 1 (8 oz.) box cornbread mix
    2 c. mayonnaise
    2 stalks (ribs) celery, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    2 large tomatoes, diced
    3/4 c. chopped green onions
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    4 oz. jar diced pimento, drained
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, stirring well.
    Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
