Artichoke Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken flavored rice
    4 to 6 green onions, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 small bottle green olives, sliced
    12 oz. marinated artichoke hearts
    3/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    pinch of garlic
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed; cool.
    Drain artichokes, reserving liquid and chop.
    Combine rice, artichokes, liquid, onion, pepper and olives.
    Mix gently.
    Add seasonings and mayonnaise.
    Chill overnight.
