Mama'S Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    4 to 6 eggs
    1 c. milk, if needed
    3 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Blend sugar and butter in electric mixer.
    Add eggs, beating after each egg.
    Beat in flour, adding milk only if needed.
    Add vanilla.
    Fold in nuts by hand.
    Put in floured tube pan and cook in oven at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
