Ratatouille - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant, cut into cubes*
    4 to 5 c. cut up zucchini
    2 onions, cut up
    1 green pepper, cut up
    3 tomatoes, cut up
Preparation
    Saute eggplant separately.
    Saute the remaining ingredients together; add in order given.
    Add salt, pepper, basil, coriander and clove of garlic.
    Let cook on stove about 45 minutes.
