Low Calorie Parmesan Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. each: olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 scrod or flounder fillet (7 oz.), cut in half crosswise
1/2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
Preparation

Preheat broiler.
In cup or small bowl, combine oil and lemon juice.
On nonstick baking sheet, arrange fillets in a single layer and, using pastry brush, brush both sides of each fillet with 1/4 of the oil mixture.
Sprinkle top of each fillet with half of the cheese.
Broil until golden brown and fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 3 to 4 minutes.
Makes 2 servings, 166 calories.
